Travel Action Plan
St Thomas of Canterbury School enjoys an enviable site within the rural village of Puckeridge, Hertfordshire. It nestles between the historic villages of Standon and Braughing.
We actively promote “green” ways of travelling to and from school. Children are encouraged to walk or cycle to school where possible, and those who live too far away are encouraged to car share. Children are regularly reminded of the importance of the highway code through workshops – see Road Safety document: Tales Of The Road. We are proud to announce that we have recently achieved the Bronze "Modeshift Stars" Travel Plan Award.
